Train & PartnersComplete restoration of 1843 and 1899 historic church gutted by fire. Only remaining structure was exterior brick and wall and main floor. Work included new top of walls, roof framing, steeple, complete interior including balconies, finishes, and furnishings, new windows, doors and floors. Also included complete new mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems and related code upgrades. The sanctuary has a seating capacity of 682 people.

Site grading, drainage work, utility relocation, paving, final grading and seeding are included in this contract.

Hatfield, Halcomb ArchitectsConstruction of a 69,000 square foot worship center with a seating capacity of 2,800 people as an addition to an existing building. This addition included space for a choir rehearsal room and administrative space for the music director. There is a complete first floor and partial second, third, and fourth floors. The specifications called for an extensive theatrical lighting and sound system in the worship center. All seating in the worship center is located on the first floor and on one balcony level. The balcony structure was designed so that only two supporting columns are visible on the first floor main seating area. This new sanctuary enhances the television broadcast of the church's services.
