This team-build project involved the phased construction of a new state-of-the-art YMCA facility, which has become a high profile community project with 50,000 square feet of new construction and the 6,000 square foot renovation of the existing gym. Two new pools included in the new aquatics center highlighted this important project for the Salem, Virginia local community.
Throughout the project, I was impressed with the responsiveness of the Project Manager, David Trivette, and the Superintendent, Lewis Craft, in meeting the needs of the hospital. Our project involved construction in very sensitive areas such surgery and the laboratory. Your staff worked effectively with the hospital staff to greatly minimize the disruption of essential hospital services.
