Phase II involved renovations to an adjacent 80,000 square foot office area, which included new ceilings, lighting, HVAC upgrades and modifications, and upgrades to the telephone and data systems. The project also included the construction of a new lobby atrium connecting the two areas, which serves as the new combined facility's grand entry way.
