Construction of a new student residence hall to provide housing for 250 students. Gaines Hall was designed and built to blend with the historical style of the Washington & Lee University campus and historic Lexington, Virginia. The two adjacent wings of the building were built simultaneously and tied together by a beautiful circular entrance plaza at the project's completion operating on a compressed construction scheduled to meet the start of the Washington & Lee University's academic year.
