    This project utilized a team build approach to help the client achieve a tight timeframe to have the new manufacturing facility constructed and producing product. The project site selected was the former lite gage steel manufacturing plant in Botetourt County. The scope of work included renovating 11,850 SF of the existing metal facility and a new 32,800 SF addition to house the fabrication shop. Office space totaling 4,600 SF was also included in the addition. The expansion allows for future growth to manufacture 100-ton electrical transformers.

    Constructed in the Valley Tech Industrial Park in Roanoke County, this design/build project included the construction of a 276,000 SF book printing facility, related offices, and all site work. It houses approximately 44,000 SF of finished office space, 48,000 SF of storage/warehouse space, and an 184,000 SF area for the presses and bindery lines.The exterior is a combination of architectural pre-cast concrete panels and brick veneer with continuous bands of windows and glass curtain wall. This fast-track, design/build project required a total construction time of eight months.

    This project involved the construction of five new sorority houses set in a group on the edge of the Washington and Lee campus. General building plans are similar, with each having some unique features or finishes. Each sorority building contains 10,000 square feet foot print, is 3 stories in height. The buildings are connected by a trellised promenade. The project also included new site access road, utilities, and related site amenities.

Concrete and steel frame structure with E.I.F.S. and simulated stone exterior skin. The building houses the St. Albans Behavioral Health operations and will include secure patient areas with a pleasant exterior garden. The project was managed to minimize any disruption to the normal operational flow of surrounding hospital functions.

This project was delivered in conjunction with TAP's commitment to providing affordable housing for family usage in the Roanoke Valley. Project included complete interior renovations with new appliances, new laundry facilities, and a new community room for residents. Apartments were 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units and several are handicapped accessible.

This fast-track expansion consists of a 29,927 square foot production/packaging area, 11,050 square foot low temperature freezer storage area; 2,700 square foot office addition, and a 2,600 square foot shipping/loading dock. From the date of release, the structure was erected and ready to receive production equipment in only four (4) months and the new production line was operational in just seven (7) months.
